3. Brain-Training Concepts and Game Rules

This notice protects the original expression created for NeuroLifts, including its code, artwork, written content, recordings and audiovisual presentation.

NeuroLifts does not claim copyright ownership over general ideas, cognitive-training concepts, scientific principles, mathematical principles, facts, procedures, methods of operation or basic rules of play where those elements are not protected by copyright law.

Other intellectual-property or contractual rights may still apply to particular branding, confidential technology, data, designs or other protected elements.

4. Third-Party and Public-Domain Materials

Certain materials used by NeuroLifts may be owned by third parties or made available under open-source, stock-media, commercial or other licences. Those materials remain subject to the rights and licence terms of their respective owners.

Historical facts, philosophical ideas, general Stoic teachings and genuine public-domain texts or quotations are not claimed as exclusive property of NeuroLifts.

However, an original NeuroLifts translation, commentary, summary, recording, illustration, adaptation, selection, arrangement or presentation of public-domain material may itself be protected.

Third-party names, logos, products and services belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Brief and proportionate excerpts or screenshots may be used for genuine criticism, review, commentary, news reporting or personal recommendation where legally permitted, provided the use is fair, properly attributed and does not reproduce a substantial part of the protected material.

The availability of this limited permission does not mean that complete articles, meditation scripts, recordings, games, question collections or other substantial materials may be republished.
