You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use NeuroLifts only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure and for activity conducted through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not create an account for another person without their permission, impersonate another person or use an account in a misleading or unlawful way.

NeuroLifts is provided for personal, lawful and non-commercial use unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. You may use the service for general wellbeing, mindfulness, cognitive activity and entertainment in accordance with these terms.

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data
• Interfere with the security, availability or operation of the service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, automated attacks or abusive material
• Scrape, copy or redistribute substantial parts of the service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Use NeuroLifts to infringe another person’s privacy, intellectual property or other legal rights

NeuroLifts provides general wellbeing, mindfulness, cognitive activity and entertainment. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency services and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information or results provided by NeuroLifts. If you are concerned about your memory, cognition, mental health or another medical issue, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Contact local emergency services if you believe you may be experiencing an emergency.

Individual experiences and results vary. We do not guarantee that using NeuroLifts will improve intelligence, memory, attention, academic performance, work performance or any medical or psychological condition.

Scores, streaks and progress information are not medical assessments.

The NeuroLifts name, software, design, games, exercises, graphics, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to NeuroLifts and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership to you.

We may update, improve, restrict, suspend or discontinue parts of the service.

We aim to keep NeuroLifts available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. Maintenance, technical failures and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect access.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, the service is being misused, security is at risk or action is required by law.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account.

NeuroLifts may contain links to or rely on third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices that are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Subject to those protections, NeuroLifts will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service where such limitations are permitted by law.

We may update these terms when the service, our practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of NeuroLifts and to you as a user, including any mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
